State Senator Michael Ranzenhofer is out with a proposal today to utilize unemployment benefits for employer tax credits.
Ranzenhofer proposed the bill last year but admits it didn't gain any steam.
In Batavia today, he repeated his idea that would offer an employer who hires from the unemployment rolls, a 3-thousand dollar tax credit...and that, Ranzenhofer says, would pay for the tax credit.
