The Batavia Police responded to Subway on E Main Street in the City of Batavia Saturday evening for a reported robbery. The defendant, Ricky L Miller II, demanded and secured money from the business, then fled on foot. Miller was located a short time later at a nearby residence. When located, Miller was illegally in possession of a hypodermic instrument. Miller was arrested for Robbery 3rd, Petit Larceny, and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputy Erion and K-9 Destro assisted with tracking Miller. Miller was arraigned at Batavia City Court and remanded to GCJ. Miller will return to Batavia City Court on Tuesday.
