If you're catching a flight out of the Greater Rochester International or Buffalo-Niagara Airports today you better pack some patience. 
That's because the airlines will be trying to play catch up today after flight cancellations yesterday. 
The blizzard along the East coast forced flight cancellations heading to New York City, Newark, Philadelphia and Boston. 
Flights from Buffalo and Rochester to the New York City area (LaGuardia, Newark and JFK) are cancelled through early afternoon. Read entire story HERE.

An Attica truck driver is in jail for allegedly boosting a handgun from a shipment he was hauling.
37-year-old Mark Geoghegan of Buffalo Road, Attica, is accused of taking
a 40-caliber Glock Model 23 and bringing it home.
He’s charged with criminal possession of a weapon and locked up in Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Nothing says Happy Holidays like domestic fist-cuffs for Christmas.
22-year-old Randy Johnson of Walnut St., Batavia, has been charged with Harassment for allegedly smacking a relative on Christmas Day. Randy was arraigned in City Court and then released on his own recognizance.

The Bills haven't beaten the New England Patriots in seven years, and yesterday was no exception.  The Pats easily handled the Bills 34-to-three at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
The Patriots had the chance to stick around New York State to relish their victory over the Bills.  Due to the blizzard slamming Boston, the Patriots were forced to bunk in Rochester for the night.  All of the hotel rooms in Buffalo were booked due to the world junior hockey tournament.
