40 year old Heidi Schollard of Batavia pled guilty in 2012 to four counts of Grand Larceny for stealing more than $308,000 from two elderly patients.
She was sentenced to prison and expected to begin paying restitution in $500 increments within 30 days of her release.
She was released from prison on February 13, and has since failed to make any payment.
Schollard apparently petitioned the court for a modified restitution order while still in prison which was never acted on.
Following investigation by State Police and the Department of Taxation and Finance, she is now facing multiple charges of tax fraud, grand larceny and forgery.
Schollard appeared in Genesee County Court yesterday for a hearing on whether the court can address changes or pursue charges concerning her restitution.
Another hearing on the matter is scheduled for April 10th.
