A civilian complaint was reported on a car that was apparently driving all over the road on the 390.

A Deputy assigned to Operation Safe Interstate located and stopped the vehicle driven by 35 year old Kenneth Shearing Jr. of Perry.

Shearing allegedly had a foil wrapper fall out of his wallet while retrieving his driver’s license.

After being questioned what the wrapper was, he allegedly opened the foil, exposed a Suboxone strip, then put it in his mouth and ate the evidence.

Shearing was taken into custody and charged with the felony of Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Shearing was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,500 bail.
