A Batavia man has been arrested on a charge of Rape in the First Degree.
21-year-old Patrick Donahue of Williams St., Batavia, was arrested earlier today and arraigned on the charge in Batavia City Court.
Donahue is now being held in the Genesee County Jail without bail.
Batavia Police say Donahue forcibly raped a 30-year-old woman a week ago Monday, in a home on Walnut Street in the city.
