There is a two-hour delay this morning for students in the Pembroke Central School District.
A plumbing problem at the high school will delay the start of school for the entire district this morning.
The Pembroke Schools’ staff is to report as usual.
It is a case of Rape in the First Degree.
21-year-old Patrick Donahue of Williams Street is accused of forcibly raping a 30-year-old woman last week. Police say the attack occurred in a home on Walnut Street.
Donahue is locked up in the county jail without bail.
Batavia Police are looking for a child they say ran away from home.
He is 15-year-old Nathaniel Davis.
Nathaniel is black, 5ft 3in tall, and 175 pounds. He may be in the company of a 17-year old girl.

The manager of a LeRoy childcare facility is under arrest for allegedly skimming 62-hundred dollars from the business for her own use.
48-year-old Doris Castle of Vallance Rd., LeRoy, is charged felony counts of Grand Larceny and Falsifying Business Records.
LeRoy Police tell WBTA that Castle took the money over a two year period from customers of the childcare facility who paid their bill in cash.
The name of the facility was not disclosed.

The same woman, whose exploits in a city park gained international attention last summer, has been charged with Petit larceny.
Batavia Police say Corona tried to boost a 20-dollar floral arrangement from Stage Coach Florist in the City Centre Mall.
New poll findings show there's plenty of support for Governor Andrew Cuomo's proposed property tax cap. The Siena Research Institute found 83-percent of voters polled were in favor of the governor's proposed two-percent property tax cap. The poll also found a majority of voters support freezing public employees salaries and legalizing gay marriage.
