The male half of last summer's frolic in Farrall Park has turned himself in to Batavia City Court.
Justin Amend, formerly of Oakfield, had pleaded guilty to a charge of public lewdness in connection with the caper that led to a similar charge against Batavia's Suzanne Corona.
But Amend moved to Florida and failed to show up in court for his original sentencing date. City Court Justice Robert Balbick had issued a warrant for Amend's arrest.
By moving out of state, Amend negated the terms of a plea deal that guaranteed him no jail time. Amend could now face up to 90 days in jail.
His new sentencing date is next week.
